Ashlee Simpson edgy in Jenny Packham with Vincent Piazza – SAG Awards 2012 Red Carpet

Ashlee Simpson and Vincent Piazza walked the red carpet at the 2012 Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 29) in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old singer rocked a black Jenny Packham gown with a tulle layer at the neckline and covered in sequin and light gold chain embellishments.  Ashlee completed the look with Loree Rodkin hoop earrings, a collection of rings from Rodkin, Ruthie Davis heels and a black pyramid studded Swarovski evening clutch.

The Boardwalk Empire actor, 35, suited up in John Varvatos.
