The British fashion correspondent, 27, sparkled in a metallic sequined one-shoulder Tony Ward Couture gown. The Tony Ward Spring/Summer 2012 Pre-a-Porter collection dress featured a draping and gathering effect at the waist and gold trimming at the neckline and sides. The sparkling frock was accessorized with Pomellato ‘Tango’ brown diamond hoop earrings, ‘Tango’ brown topaz cocktail ring, ‘Tango’ partial brown diamond bangle bracelet and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.

Earlier in the evening, Taylor picked up the awards for Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance for “Mean”. She was also nominated for Best Country Album for Speak Now, but lost out to Lady Antebellum‘s Own The Night.
