Hilary Swank posed for photographers at ‘The Saint Anne, Leonardo da Vinci‘s Ultimate Masterpiece’ event held at the Louvre Museum on Tuesday (March 27) in Paris, France.

The 37-year-old Boys Don’t Cry actress wore head to toe Salvatore Ferragamo Pre-Fall 2012 collection in a long sleeved burgundy silk and lace cocktail mini dress featuring sheer lace neckline, intricate scallop detailing and a tiered skirt.  The short frock was accessorized with a cocktail ring, eggplant purple python Salvatore Ferragamo belt, black oversized lizard Salvatore Ferragamo clutch, black fishnets stockings and black satin Salvatore Ferragamo pointed toe pumps.
