Kristen Bell and Topshop owner Sir Philip Green posed for photographers at the ribbon cutting to officially open flagship Topshop and Topman stores at the Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas on Thursday (March 8) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The 31-year-old Forgetting Sarah Marshall actress was dressed in head-to-toe Topshop in a short sleeve sequined top which she wore over a white fringed cocktail mini dress. The short frock was accessorized with a gold statement necklace and pink platform strappy sandals.
