The Artist actress, 35, wore a glittery minty fresh custom made long sleeve sequin, pearl and bead embroidered Elie Saab Haute Couture Spring 2012 evening gown with a deep v neckline. The stunning fully embroidered floor length dress was accessorized with Chopard emerald earrings and a mint green custom-made Swarovski minaudière clutch that was embroidered to match the detailing on her gown.
