Nicole Miller posed for photographers on the red carpet at the 2012 Met Gala Ball, also known as the night of 1,000 dresses, held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7, 2012) in New York City. This year’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrates the opening of the Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations exhibition.
The 60-year-old fashion designer wore a one sleeved black floral print asymmetrical evening gown from her own collection featuring a peek a boo red lining was inspired by an original Schiaparelli number. The floor length Nicole Miller dress was accessorized with Kara Ross NY earrings and bracelet, black Roger Vivier clutch and Jimmy Choo Shoes.
