Amy Poehler in Fotini – 2012 Met Gala

Amy Poehler and husband Will Arnet posed for photographers on the red carpet at the 2012 Met Gala Ball, also known as the night of 1,000 dresses, held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7, 2012) in New York City.  This year’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrates the opening of the Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations exhibition.

The 40-year-old Parks and Recreation actress, who was the guest of Canadian fashion label Fotini, wore a strapless black liquid peplum bustier Fotini evening gown featuring a full train covered in dramatic black feathers.  The floor length dress was accessorized with green Tiffany & Co drop earrings, a black evening clutch and Jimmy Choo open toe platform pumps.
