Charlize Theron in Dion Lee – CinemaCon 2012 Big Screen Achievement Awards

South African beauty Charlize Theron posed for photographers on the red carpet at the CinemaCon 2012 Big Screen Achievement Awards Ceremony at Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino on Thursday (April 26, 2012) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The 36-years-old Prometheus actress wore a black Dion Lee Fall 2012 collection cocktail mini dress with illusion paneling and off-the-shoulder straps.  The sexy short halterneck LBD frock was accessorized with small diamond earrings and black Giuseppe Zanotti open-toe ankle-strap platform sandals.

Charlize was honored with the Distinguished Decade in Film Award during the evening.
