Samantha Cameron in Roksanda Ilincic – White House Official Welcoming Ceremony

President Barack Obama and First Lady Mrs. Michelle Obama held an official welcoming ceremony for the British Prime Minister, David Cameron, and his wife Samantha on Wednesday (March 14) at the White House in Washington, DC.

The 41-year-old British business executive wore a half-sleeve tri-color blocked ‘Beatrice’ cocktail dress by British designer Roksanda Ilincic.  The knee length frock was accessorized with a navy blue Emilia Wickstead belt, small hoop earrings and navy blue suede LK Bennett platform pumps.
