Jennifer Hudson in Ralph & Russo – The Smith Centre for the Performing Arts

American Idol alum Jennifer Hudson took the stage for a night of music at the official opening of The Smith Center for the Performing Arts Celebration on Saturday night (March 10) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The 30-year-old 2007 Academy Award (Oscars) winner for Best Supporting Actress sang ‘Take Care of This House’ in a sleeveless black crystal-embellished Ralph & Russo Haute Couture evening gown with a sheer lace embroidered neckline and nipping at the waist.  The sequined floor length dress was accessorized with a gold H. Stern jewels including burnt-orange sea-glass cabochon earrings and matching cocktail ring.
