The 24-year-old Gossip Girl actress wore a white Noon by Noor cocktail coat dress with taupe lined lapels and flap pockets. The knee length frock was accessorized with large earrings, large lavender star cocktail ring, browns tights and Christian Louboutin ‘Feticha’ python pumps.
